About the project
Kiev is an important transport hub on the trade routes between Asia and Europe. The unique location of Schaslyve along the international highway Kyiv-Kharkiv forms exceptionally favorable conditions for the development of the logistics business.
Office and Logistics Centre will be implemented on an area of 32.15 hectares. In order to consolidate the services responsible for the efficiency of work processes at different levels, the project provides ten typical office buildings with multi-level above-ground parking, three office buildings, eight logistic centers, community center, hotel and recreation complex with a two-hundred rooms hotel and a sports complex.
Construction of the project will allow closing on a relatively small area all cumulative actions of the major participants of the logistis chain: manufacturers, transportation companies, trade organizations, service businesses and support services – greatly simplifying their communications, thereby increasing the economic efficiency of the organization of deliveries, warehousing and logistics.
Construction of the project in the area of future belt parkway around Kiev multiplies the cost-effectiveness of creating a logistics center.
