About the project
Business center in the project “Schaslive” placed right outskirt of Kiev and connects to its civic centre by transnational highway. It is located in good ecological environment, away from the smog, noise, pollution and bustle of the City capital.
The project envisages construction of three office buildings and above-ground parking.
Today’s high level of development of information technologies allows to move business processes to the suburbs business center, with its low rental rates, easy motor vehicle accessibility and sufficient amount of parking spaces in comparison with the Сity’s central areas. Design solutions and engineering communications secure the working process for companies with any level of demand for energy and information capacity.
