The project «Shaslive» was patterned after model of an ideal city. A key principle of its structure – a five-minute walking distance to transport links, large retail stores, public buildings, places of leisure and community services centers.

 

The project foresees the construction of diverse formats of buildings which complement each other. Based on personal preferences, future residents will be able to choose the place of residency in the townhouses or apartments in a low-rise building.

 

Within the commercial sector project foresees the construction of a giant Shopping and Entertainment center (with over 230 thousand sq. m), the Exhibition center (with more than 215 thousand sq. m), Sports and entertainment center(with more than 70 thousand sq. m), office and logistics facilities (total area of 500 thousand sq. m), which will provide new jobs for present and future residents of Schaslyve.
